Post-it Prayers
Take out a little pad of post-it notes, and write a different prayer item on each one: a person's name, an item of
thanksgiving,
a temptation to be protected from, a fruit of the Spirit to grow into
more sturdily, a region of the world, an upcoming event, and more.
Place these in various places: around your desk, your room, in the
pages of a book you are reading, on the edge of your computer screen,
and place where this day will take you. As you notice them throughout
the day, turn each one into a one-sentence prayer.
